explore The books

The same evidence-informed framework, thoughtfully adapted for different stages of life and individual experiences.

Whether you’re beginning your journey, navigating midlife, or living with ADHD, each edition of Lose For Life explores the same core principles while recognising that no two women experience weight loss in exactly the same way.

Why Are There Different Editions?

One of the questions I'm asked most often is:

"Why are there different versions of the same book?"

The answer is actually quite simple.

The principles behind lasting behaviour change remain the same.

Behavioural psychology doesn't change because we reach menopause.

Habits don't work differently because we have ADHD.

Emotional regulation remains important regardless of the pathway we're following.

However...

The experiences that shape our relationship with food, weight and behaviour can be very different.

Hormonal changes during midlife may influence appetite, sleep, recovery and body composition.

Women living with ADHD may experience differences in dopamine regulation, impulsivity, executive functioning and routine building.

These experiences don't replace the foundations of lasting change.

They simply add another piece to the puzzle.

That's why every Lose For Life book is built upon the same evidence-informed framework, while providing additional guidance for the unique challenges experienced by different groups of women.
