INTRODUCTION TO YOUR
AUDIO HYPNOSIS SESSIONS

WELCOME TO YOUR ‘LOSE FOR LIFE’ AUDIO HYPNOSIS SESSIONS. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BEGIN –

It is recommended that you use each audio session (extended or short) a minimum of at least four-six times, in order for it to have the desired effect of reprogramming your mind, removing mental blocks and and creating new thought patterns. Although if you want to use them more, or as ongoing process that is perfectly fine. 

Each audio involves implementing Cognitive Behaviour Hypnosis which is a completely safe and scientific based practice.

I can only make suggestions that you want, and that are aligned with your best interests and goals, so there will never be recommendations that go against your wishes, or are harmful to you.

You will be required to listen to these audio sessions in a quiet and safe area where you can fully relax into the process. 

It is essential that you ensure that you will not be disturbed in any way, and that you have the time to listen to the full session.

You MUST NOT listen whilst driving or using heavy machinery, and you should always switch your phone onto do-not-disturb.

I would also recommend listening through headphones to experience the process fully as a fully immersive experience. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION-

Whilst this is a safe practice,  it is recommended that people suffering from the following should not use hypnosis-

  • Severe manic depression
  • Psychosis
  • A drug or alcohol problem
