You must not listen whilst driving or using heavy machinery, and you should always switch your phone onto do-not-disturb.

how often should you use them?
You can use these audio sessions as often as you like, for as long as you like. But for maximum impact and optimal results it is recommended that for the first week, daily listening is highly recommended. After the first week or two, you may transition to listening every other day for the following three weeks for continued reinforcement.
