INTRODUCTION TO YOUR

WELCOME TO YOUR ‘LOSE FOR LIFE’ EFT TAPPING GUIDED TUTORIAL SESSIONS. 

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BEGIN –

Before you begin, please ensure that you will not be disturbed in any way, and that you have the time to listen to the full session.

Please note that every person experiences the relief/release feeling that occurs with tapping at different times. 

Some may experience it within the first session, and for some it may take multiple sessions. It purely depends on how blocked your meridian pathways are initially. So please be patient. 

Some may also experience unexpected crying during tapping. This is perfectly normal,  and often indicates a release of pent-up emotions, and can be a positive part of the healing process. 

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
 
  • Identify the issue: Pinpoint the specific problem or emotion you want to address. 
     
  • Start with a low intensity: Rate the intensity of the issue on a scale of 0-10 before and after tapping to track progress. 
     
  • Be consistent: Regular practice of EFT can yield better results. 
     
  • Seek professional help when needed: If you’re dealing with severe emotional or physical pain, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional or therapist.
