This section is dedicated to changing your eating behavioural habits from disordered eating to non-disordered healthy eating behaviours and develop a healthier more balanced relationship with food so that you have control of food instead of food controlling you, helping you to break free from emotional, binge eating and chronic food noise to achieve complete food freedom.
HOW TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OF YOUR EATING HABITS-
When it comes to taking back control of your eating behaviours to transform from disordered eating to non-disordered eating there are guided self-help treatments included below that involve CBT and Neuroscience that you can use to transform and heal your relationship with food, however with more serious issues such as B.E.D you may find that medical treatment is also required, so may need to contact your GP for additional support.

You now have lots of useful tips, guidance and tools that you can use to help you to take control back of your eating habits, but it’s important to bare in mind that as with all aspects of behaviour change, it is not a process that occurs overnight. It requires patience and repetition and there may be times that you have to revisit this section especially, to reinforce those changes, however once you feel ready, you can move on to PART 3.
